A. Parking is available at 875 N Michigan Avenue's garage. Vehicle clearance is 6 feet 7 inches
and is easily accessible from the Chestnut Street or Delaware Place side of the building. Daily
rates are applicable.
Q. What are the best times to visit 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck?
A. 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck is open year-round, and the best times to visit are on clear
days during the morning or evening when the sunlight provides the best views and the crowds
are smaller. In the case of inclement weather, you'll will be advised about weather conditions
and visibility before entering. Chicago does experience inconsistent weather conditions from
time to time, but since they fluctuate and visibility can improve quickly, we advise that you
arrive for your ticketed time!
Q. Is there a restaurant or caat 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck?
A. Yes, 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck features a caand bar called CloudBar, where you can
enjoy drinks, snacks, and light meals while taking in the breathtaking views. The stylish bar
boasts a locally-inspired menu, beers from Chicago microbreweries, and more.
Q. Can I purchase souvenirs at 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck?

Just show your pass and your pre-booked ticket at the admissions desk when you arrive.

You are allowed one visit to 360 CHICAGO for the duration of your pass.
If you fail to cancel or change your booking within the cancellation period, your pass will be

Timed tickets to TILT are available on the lower concourse or the observation deck for an

Changing your plans
Cancellations or amendments to your reservations can be made up until one hour before your
scheduled booking time via the 360 Chicago booking page. If you have an Explorer Pass and do
not cancel or amend your reservation in time it will count as one of the choices on your pass.

Tips for visiting Shedd Aquarium
For an additional fee, you can also purchase tickets at the will-call ticket desk (pending

Getting in
Just show your pass at the temporary ticketing booth the aquarium is currently undergoing a
renovation so you'll need to head along the half-circle driveway and go up the ramp behind the
temporary ticket booth to enter the museum.

Shedd Aquarium is included exclusively on 1, 2, 3, and 5-day All-Inclusive passes! It is not

All Skydeck Chicago visitors must go through a security check in order to be admitted to the
observatory. During peak hours, the security line can be lengthy, but it moves quickly.
Occasionally, the 99th floor is used for observation instead of the 103 Skydeck Chicago
when maintenance is required.

Enter through the Jackson Boulevard lobby (south side of the building) and head down the
escalator. At the base of the escalator, proceed to the box office to reserve your entry in the

A. The Museum Shop and restrooms are accessible. The Studio, including the drafting room,

and Studio. The Home is not accessible to wheelchairs of any size as all entries have stairs and
the Studio balcony is not accessible to wheelchairs. It is only accessible by a steep, narrow
stairway. Guests in wheelchairs may request to view the Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio
